This page contains important information regarding the 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Arthritis NSW. Please find the link to the formal Notice of Meeting.
Attending the AGM
If you plan to attend the AGM on Thursday, 23 November 2023, please see details below on how to RSVP. We will hold a virtual Annual General Meeting via videoconference enabling members to attend, participate and vote. Registrants will be sent an email with the link and instructions on how to access the virtual Annual General Meeting videoconference, how to access information, interact in the meeting and vote on resolutions.
Arthritis NSW recommends members login at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time for the AGM particularly if registrants are unfamiliar with the technology or software.
In order for attendance at the AGM to be accurately recorded, you are required to specify your legal name in the appropriate box during login. For those members who are not familiar with Zoom, access to the videoconference requires a relatively modern personal computer, tablet or smartphone, with Internet connectivity and microphone and speakers. You can access the conference by either clicking the link in the email sent to registrants or going to the Zoom home page from within your web browser and entering the Meeting ID, Passcode and your legal name when prompted.
Asking questions at the AGM
The Board and CEO will endeavour to answer all questions asked by members at the AGM. To help us respond to any questions, you are invited to submit your questions in advance. Questions can be lodged by email to info@arthritisnsw.org.au, by post on or before Tuesday, 21 November 2023, to Locked Bag 2216, North Ryde NSW 1670, or by QR code supplied in the enclosed Notice of Meeting.
